Our Story

We treat every order like tooling, not printing.

The PVC Patch grew out of a simple frustration: most patch suppliers treat every order like a print job. We treat it like tooling.

When you send us a badge, crest, or unit insignia, the first thing that happens is a mould โ€” engraved by hand to hold the exact line weight of your artwork, not a smoothed-over approximation of it. Colour goes in next, one shade injected at a time from a needle-tipped bottle, the same technique used for fine detail work rather than a bulk vat.

That's slower than screen printing. It's also why regulars keep sending bigger orders instead of shopping around.

What Guides The Bench

Three Rules We Don't Break

Craft Over Shortcuts

If a design needs a second mould pass to get the edges right, it gets one โ€” before it ever reaches a bulk run.

Proof Before Production

You see a real sample photo before we cut a production quantity โ€” no surprises on batch one.

Built For Reorders

Moulds and colour formulas are kept on file, so your second order matches the first exactly.
